Being Essence operates primarily as a wholesale and bulk-product quotation platform.
Our website does not currently process direct purchases or online payments. Customers can only submit quotation requests and communicate with our team regarding potential orders.

Products displayed on the Being Essence website cannot currently be purchased directly through the website.
Submitting a quotation request does not create a purchase or payment obligation.
Therefore, there is no online payment made through the website that would require a website-based refund.
